The Good Shepherd Flower Guild is a group of volunteers who set up Altar Flowers for the church for Sunday services (except in Advent and Lent). They also plan and set up for Christmas and Easter and provide flowers for funerals. Flowers are donated by members as this is not a line item in the budget. Members wanting to donate may turn in their donation and date choices to the church office. The recommended donation is $50.00. Please call the church office at (817)326-2035. Altar Flowers are to celebrate and worship Jesus! We have fun and enjoy being creative and include aspects like height and color to prepare arrangements that stand out and can be seen from the back of the church. Please consider participating in this wonderful ministry.
The ladies and gentlemen who serve on the Flower Brigade are responsible for distributing the Altar Flowers to the sick and home bound every Sunday. Thank you for your ministry! If you would like to be one of the people that brings joy to others with flowers, contact the Church Office.
